Important Notice: New Pricing Structure Starting April 2025

Dear partners,
We would like to inform you that, effective April 1, 2025, we will be adjusting our prices by an average of 2.9%. All existing and previously valid price lists are replaced and lose their validity with this date. Some products will deviate from this average, with price changes being either lower or higher. Additionally, we will be adjusting the hourly rate for technical and repair services to €66.00.
Since our last price adjustment in March 2023, the availability of raw materials for our products has improved, particularly due to the current economic downturn. However, we continue to face a procurement market with high price levels, especially due to the development of labor and energy costs, procurement and transportation costs, and the exchange rate of the US dollar to the euro.
Our customers can continue to rely on our high-quality diamond tools and machines “Made in Germany.” We remain committed to meeting your expectations and are investing in more productive manufacturing facilities to withstand the growing price pressure, particularly from Asian countries. This allows us to increase production volumes and to keep future cost increases to a minimum.
At KERN-DEUDIAM, continuous innovation ensures that our products always meet the latest technological standards. However, despite our efforts, we cannot offset all cost increases. For example, we adhere to the German IG Metall union tariff and purchase diamonds based on the US dollar.
We always approach price adjustments with caution and see them as a last resort when all other measures have been exhausted. Nevertheless, this adjustment is an economic necessity to continue providing you with high-quality and innovative products, as well as professional and reliable service.
